Supporting local not-for-profits is one of the festival's goals.

Participating in the festival can help your organization achieve greater visibility in our community and successful fundraising. We are excited about your group's potential participation.

If your organization would like to host an activity at the festival, please read the 2011 Community Organizations Information document.

If interested your group is interested in having a booth under the big top tent, please complete a Food Booth or an Exhibit Booth form. 

There are limited demonstration areas outside of the big top tent. These spaces can be used to host activities that may not be appropriate at a booth, such as basketball or a bouncy house.

To host a demonstration area at this year's family festival, complete the 2011 Demonstration Area Registration form.
