VOLUNTEER
"Many hands make light work"

Volunteers are always needed to help with a variety of tasks before, during, and after the event. Whether your skill and interest involves stuffing envelopes, designing brochures and posters, staffing a booth, making phone calls, or helping clean up after the event, we could use your help!

Sample needs:

  • Tue, 6-8pm Parking set-up
  • Wed, 7-8am Parking monitors
  • Thu, 7-8am Parking monitors
  • Thu, 6-8pm Hanging lights in the Big Top, washing picnic tables, marking booth spaces
  • Fri, 7-8am Parking monitors
  • Fri, 10am-Noon Setting up chairs, setting up tables for booths, putting up banners
  • Fri, 4:45pm-9pm Festival Booth host/hostess, sell tickets
  • Sat, 8:45am-6:30pm Festival Booth host/hostess, sell tickets
  • Sun, 11am-4pm Festival Booth host/hostess, sell tickets

The success of the McFarland Family Festival depends on dedicated McFarland residents who donate countless hours to plan and execute this community-wide, cross-generational festivity.
