TRAIN RIDES FREE Train Rides!!! The McFarland Family Festival is very excited to announce that the Wisconsin & Southern Railroad Company is providing FREE train rides on Saturday, September 27, 2008!
The scenic, 40-minute round-trip rides are to Madison and back-with no disembarking or boarding in Madison. The train will load on Taylor Road - just west of Arnold Larson Park - every hour beginning at 8 AM, with the last ride loading at 5 PM. A FREE ticket is necessary in order to board and will be available at a ticket booth in front of McFarland High School's main entrance beginning at 7 AM, Saturday, September 27. The train is not wheelchair accessible. However, if a person can be lifted
into the train, there is space for wheelchair storage aboard.
